[game] Relic shield doesnt upgrade to targon
Title. upon reaching 650 gold my relic shield never transformed even while out of combat as blitz. I had to manually upgrade it.

That's not how the changes to the support items work. For all of them, you still manually purchase all the various upgrades for them.
The quest for Relic Shield line is that after you reach 650 gold earned, it unlocks the additional passive which grants a regenerating shield. And the gold earned carries over as you upgrade from relic shield to targon's to face of the mountain or eye of the equinox.
I agree with BLACK REALM GOD, it IS worded POORLY :) and misleading :)
