So I was in a ranked queue and I saw the enemy not choose and it constantly hovered at 0 seconds for them and then magically after 10 seconds of the constant 0 he locked Sivir and I was next in line and my timer immediately shot to 0 and I was queue dodged. What?
lel, that's kind of funny actually...
This is happening to a lot of people. It's only doing this for me in dynamic queue, where during someone else's ban or lock in, the timer will count to zero and it will freeze for about a minute or two before I'm booted back to the lobby with the message that I failed to lock in/ban. Riot hasn't addressed this yet, and a lot of people are getting frustrated.
