I hope I don't get yet another Leave Buster cause League keeps freezing on me when loading a game

So, here's the problem. After the patch downloaded, I can not load into ANY game without the launcher Freezing. I just tried to play a game again, and everyone loaded up to 30-45%, when mine hit 50% the entire launcher froze. I sat there, waiting for two minutes, used CTRL ALT DEL to close the window. I tried to rejoin the game, but while loading into the game again It froze when I hit 30% and stayed there for another four minutes with no progress. I have no idea what is causing this issue.

I have adjusted my Firewall. Adjusted my Setting in game to as low as possible. I have no back ground programs running. Nothing I can think of is causing the game to flat out refuse to load into the match. I've even Uninstalled the game and Reinstalled not once, but twice.

The first time got me into a game, but with FPS as low as 3-10 for a continuous three minutes at a time. Once again, after it slowed down to a crawl, I exited the game, and tried to rejoin. Only for the launcher to freeze my entire computer up, and cause the screen to turn pure blue forcing me to fully reset my system.

I'm at a complete loss. I have a feeling I'm going to get yet another Leave Buster because the game won't even let me join in. I've never had this problem, and I have no idea what I can do to fix it and I'm scared of trying again to end up getting the AFK Buster going on me again. It's been so bad it actually racked me up to the 20 min low tier queue last time, and I slugged my way through that near hour wait time to clear my account and now the game wont even work after it just got patched.

At this point, I'm quitting league until someone or something can give me a clear reason why I can't even load into a game anymore. Once again I have:

Adjusted my firewall Lowered all Graphics as low as they can go Made sure no back ground programs are running Uninstalled and Reinstalled And my system is Wired directly to the internet

If anyone can help me fix this issue, and hopefully prevent me from getting possibly banned from the game I would like to hear from you.
