[Launcher] Layout Bugs

So this is a bug that has been popping up a lot on my computer. Not sure if you are aware so I am posting it here. The basis of the problem is that the launchers layout seems to get bugged very easily. Most of the time resizing the window appears to fix the problem but it seems to happen most often in pregame lobbies usually when opening or closing the skin selection window or the mastery edit window. It could be related to the layout shifting when the masteries/skin icons load.

Steps to reproduce: Opening Mastery or skins page during champion select.

Band-aid fix: Resize the window to reset the layout manually. Although this sometimes causes the client to freeze completely (just had a que dodge because my screen froze)

My Specs: AMD FX(tm) -8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.0 ghz 16gb Memory Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 (4gb integrated memory) As far as I know my drivers are up to date

I hope this is enough information to reproduce the bug or perhaps you have encountered it yourselves in which case I hope it gets fixed soon =P
