Quinn Vault bug

Maybe one out of 100 vaults, Quinn will vault to the enemy and just stick there. She doesn't vault back, and you can't do anything for the duration of the vault.. So you literally get none of the benefit of vaulting... instead you jump to the enemy and sit there like an idiot for a full second waiting to move. This is 100% death if you are vaulting to escape....

At best it happens at a non-crucial time. I've had it happen when I am vaulting to get the final hit on the enemy and I am just stuck there as they walk away with passive proc on them.
