Quinn Vault bug

Since the last few patches I have had this bug occur quite a few times on me. Maybe once out of every 4 games or so.

What happens is that I'll Vault towards something and Quinn will dash to it, but then she doesn't jump back. She just sticks to the target location for 2 seconds. I can't move, I can't use summoners, skills, etc. I'm just frozen in place for 2 seconds. I usually have a steady 40 ms ping so I don't think it's a lag spike.

It behaves more like it's freezing me like she's bouncing back... but she isn't bouncing back. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure how to recreate it, I just know it's happening frequently enough to where it's starting to become a problem.

It's bad enough that her Vault puts her in dangerous situations, without not even being able to jump backwards out of them, or do anything for that matter. It's pretty much a skill that has you dive on the enemy and lock yourself in place.
