"Elixer of skill" In Rakan's Inventory

What I saw in short: They ffed short after 20 minutes, I didn't really pay attention to Rakan's items but in the post game screen ( if that's how you call it ) I saw Rakan have the "Elixer of skill", I don't know what is does or what it is but I don't recall ever seeing that item.

I also don't know if you can sell it or not, I just know it takes up space in your inventory

I know a few people that need an elixer of skill tho ;)
