Unable to lock in Champion Pick

I go into a draft game, take my initial pick, take my ban, my initial pick (jax) gets banned, so when it's my turn to pick another champ I switch to aatrox, but after picking aatrox, I'm unable to lock in. The lock in button is grayed out and not responding to my clicks, then I get kicked out of the game for not locking in and get a dodge timer...
