[CLIENT] Party Chat Bug after Leaving Queue

If a party enters queue but leaves it for whatever reason (i.e. one person failed to accept, party realized they need to wait a few minutes later and quits queue while it's searching for a game, etc.), chat doesn't seem to work afterward. Like, when you press enter and expect the message to be added to the chat, it looks as if the message didn't go through at all.

I've noticed this issue since yesterday and have replicated it plenty of times.

Me, my brother, my best friend, and two cousins all noticed the bug.

Sometimes, the bug prevents you from joining a different lobby if someone quit to try and join in a different lobby or group then invite you to join their new group (in an effort to get all 5 players ready and with positions called out). Gets really annoying that the chat is all messed up and that it prevents you from joining a group or lobby, and the only way to "fix it" (temporarily) is to quit or exit the client, and log back on.
