Lost over 100 LP form this 0 second bug.

So today i wanted to play ranked and i decide to go queue up. Once I got to Champ Select it got stuck at 0 Seconds. I posted a post like this before and Rito deleted it. It has happened to me in the past many times. I don't mind the -3 Lp 5 min wait but when it happens again i get pissed because 30 min and -10LP. Currently -10 LP Silver 1 because i get stuck at 0 seconds and i cant do anything. I might quit the game if this keeps up. Like seriously i "might've" been in gold already if i didn't lose so much LP from this bug. Please fix it. Also i lose promos from this bug many times and im currently waiting 30 mins for a game.
