Mac | Primary Monitor Detection

Problem: LoLClient does not open in primary monitor, rather it opens in the monitor the last selected window was in

Expected: LoLClient opens in primary monitor, as that is the one you will be playing the game in

Solution: LoLClient should detect the system's primary monitor and attempt to open in it
