[CLIENT] Background ambient sounds constantly persist in all areas of client.

The League of Legends client was continuously playing ambient sounds from what I believe is the Domination runes. The sounds persisted after leaving the rune page, into all areas of the client, and only stopped after I relogged.

I have no leads as to how to reproduce at this time.
