Item Sets Are broken

So a week or two ago I stopped being able to see item sets I created in game. I tried to repair my client in the patcher, which is suppose to clear all existing item sets, and when i relogged no items sets except the new ones were removed and the problem persisted. I know that items sets aren't integral and I don't always follow them either but I like to be able to quickly grab things if I'm just going a standard build and I would like to find a way to fix this.

If you have any ideas on how to fix this pls post.
