Uhm. I WANT A REFUND FROM MY PAST DISCUSSION TOO.

I was in champ select and I kept switching the skins. My pc tended to crash and so I had already chosen my champ and the last person chose his. At 0seconds it says you have left champion selection. Usually that means you lose lp but I didnt click anything. IVE BEEN ROOBBED HELP ME. also I WANT A REFUND STUPID BANNING SYSTEMS FROM MY LALAST BOARD
