[CLIENT] Lunar Wraith Morgana not being remembered as last skin

I bought the Lunar Wraith Morgana skin, and each time I pick her in champion select when it offers which skin to choose it defaults to her base. This has happened 100% of the times I have played her with the skin. I have not experienced this with any other champion/skin.

How to reproduce:

1. buy Lunar Wraith Morgana
2. play a game with the skin
3. in next champ select pick Morgana
4. when it shows which skin to select it should be hovered over her base skin and not her Lunar Wraith skin
5. Get confused after 10 games and write a bug report
