RP purchasing bug on EUNE

or at the very least it's kinda weird. here I was, looking forward to sending my friend infernal diana for christmas, when i discover that you can't buy EU rp using us dollars. This is now amazingly obvious to me, and i recognize that I apparently lack a brain. Hopefully this is a bug, since it's a little weird to have the payment options for the united states be in euros .__.
