Runes Being Deleted & Client Resetting Constantly

Really wish riot would fix their client. It’s so annoying to have like 12 rune pages (excessive, I know) constantly being deleted every time I open the game. The client is slow, laggy, and resets my summs to ghost and heal, and for the life of me I don’t know how to fix it. I have to set up my pages AGAIN every time, and it’s next to impossible to be able to make them in the post game lobby. It’s so. Freaking. Laggy. Anyone find a fix for this or nah?
