vel'koz ult bug
yesterday i died cuz i tried to ult an enemy and it didnt come out. my character did a complete 360 and was frozen in place.

The same thing happened to me as well yesterday. I was in a ranked game last night where 4 of the enemy team members were lined up fighting my team and I went up and hit R but all Vel'koz did was play the animation with no laser and I was left completely vulnerable for a good couple seconds and unable to move. Unfortunately, I don't have any gameplay footage to show, but maybe if it helps the teams were composed as follows: My Team: Vel'koz, Lee Sin, Fiora, Braum, Vayne Enemy Team: Illaoi, Malzahar, Yi, Jinx, Ashe
Our Fiora said she saw this happen too so it was not just a visual bug on my part, and the enemies did indeed take no damage. I hope this bug gets resolved soon as even though it only happened once, it was extremely frusturating I was left unable to do ANYTHING as the enemies casually walked up to pummel me and turn the game around in their favor.
