Under the patch notes it says Lucians second attack on passive is NOT an auto. A bug occurs when lucian attacks an enemy with braums passive being applied. The 2nd shot is not basic attack and should therefore not be procing braums passive
Both attacks still apply on-hit effects.
However, the second attack will no longer proc on-attack effects.
you're funny, but you're missing something - the second hit applies onhits. Master yi's double strike applies braum's passive twice, as does shyvana's twin bite, renekton's W, etc...
