Siphoning Strike Gets Consumed on Missed Minions?
If you have a Siphoning Strike active and attack a minion in mid animation the minion may die resulting in you missing the CS, the stacks, and the Siphoning Strike is still consumed.
Working as attended?
Wouldn't it make more sense for the Siphoning Strike to stay active until you actually land it on a target?
Something tells me this has been a known issue for awhile or not -- either way I feel like it should be fixed or at least need some clarity if this is suppose to happen or not.
