My rune and mastery pages are reverted to the ones I had a few months ago

I just tried to play a game and in champ select, I noticed that my rune and mastery pages are not the same as the one I have been using recently(they remain like this after I left the champ select). At first I thought they may be someone else's pages. I have encountered that bug before. But after looking at them more closely, I noticed that they are actually the pages I used a few months ago.

I am not sure how I can reproduce this bug. I will try to relogin and see if it will fix itself.

Riot. if you check the rune and mastery pages of this account on na.op.gg, those are the one I have been using recently.

Actually as I quit the client, I noticed that the amount of IP I have has also been reverted back to the amount I had a few months ago. I should have over 20k IP but now it is below 1k.

Edit: ok, after relogin, the bux is fixed.
