At 0:12, you can see the particle effect of morg's black shield scattered all over the map. Not sure how to reproduce it. This was on the pbe server.

Hiya!

Out of curiosity, was this video recorded when the servers had issues yesterday? If not, this may be a jumbled file in the client itself, and repairing the client should resolve the issue.

I loaded her up in game, and I'm not personally able to repro it. D: If you have any additional info, please feel free to lemme know!
