Whenever i load into a lobby, my runes masteries summoners etc, as well as the grid for the champions dont appear until banning phase starts. Which means i cant declare my champion. (EDIT: it randomly fixed itself. Maybe try restarting client after game if you have this problem?)
I've had this happen too, commenting so I can see if there's a solution, or if it just needs to be fixed in a patch
i've had same issue. took a few weeks off and came back to this 10 ban patch just a few days ago and i haven't been able to declare a champ before bans since. all i see is the summoners rift back ground with projected roles. no masteries, runes, or champ grid. i think some of those buttons are still there just invisible. if you hover your cursor and click around you can trigger some of their sound animations. also just yesterday my lock in button for finalizing my champion pick was invisible for every game i played. i have to hover my mouse around the area where it's normally at and listen for the sound animation when my cursor is on top of it in order to click it and lock in.
