Spectator mode

Trying to spectate someone results in getting stuck for 6+ hours in the Game is in Progress screen where yo ucannot even reconnect. Tried Switching accounts and it seems it has nothing to do with the account. A friend used his on his computer and it was okay. When i used his on mine after logging of from mine his was stuck in game is in progress screen like i was on mine.

For a long time now the spectate feature is utterly unstable. That is very frustrating as I want ot watch my higher elo buddies play and i just cannot. "spectate" "gets stuck in black screen wiht an error" then i need to move league in another desktop and kill it from the other in task manager. What a pain in the butt. Also I did a bit of a dig and found out league now on 9.15 runs 4 instances at the same time. I don't know why that now.

P.S. : Another bug i found out was when i queued for a ranked game and i got stuck after champion select. The loading screen never came up. I wated 4 minutes nothing happened. I restarted nothing again. Had to pass 6 minutes to be bale to connect. What is going on?
