bandit mastery is bugged (for melee)

tooltip says you get 10g for landed a attack or spell for melee but it doesnt proc the 10g on spells. the mastery is already useless can we make it not bugged at least.

It's actually intended to only work on auto attacks, not spells. The tool is wrong and will very likely be changed next patch.

Same ... though i get it ... it would have been OP ... Panth Q CD is about 4 sec so getting 10 gold every time the Q is up you would get 300 g per minute

At least we'll still always have Gangplank support to rack up mad booty without touching a single CS.

Seriously... buy a item 3303 and laugh as you get almost as much gold for poking as the adc does from farming. Just be wary of all-ins since you have no peel.
