[GAMEPLAY] Diana Ult Incomplete Reset

When Diana ults a Moonlit target, her ult goes on a .8 second cooldown instead of resetting completely. It doesn't sound like much, but it makes double-dashing onto the backline a lot harder, since the first 'step' of the dash is usually onto a tank and being an assassin stuck right next to a high health CC machine for any amount of time is essentially a death sentence.

TO REPLICATE:

1. Be Diana. Hit level 6.
2. Q something.
3. Ult it.
4. Bask in the glow of your incompletely reset ult.
