[GAMEPLAY] The Numbers Mason, WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

By numbers, I mean this line of green text.

I get this randomly when I am near the top-side of the red team's inhibitor, where I just attack it and this popped up.

It also happened randomly in game when just walking around the top side of the map (around the bushes).

Now that I've looked at the screenshot, I can see in the top left corner that the Nexus has a sh*t ton of attack speed. Okay.
