Bugsplat at every game end (and double login)

So every time the nexus dies, the game instantly bug splats (still counts as a win once I get back in luckily). This has been going on about the same amount of time as my other issue which is that the first time I try to login, I always get a "connnection error". I then close and reopen league and the second login is successful. I have already tried a file repair to no luck. Any suggestions?
