Absurd queue times since latest patch

So ever since the latest patch, all of my queue times for normal and ranked drafts have been absurd, with few exceptions. The estimated is between 1-2 minutes, but my actual queue goes 10+ minutes and still no games found. Then I quit out of queue and try again, same thing. Try a third time, and finally a game comes within 2 minutes or so. Does anyone have ideas?
