Bugsplat after every match (when nexus explodes)

Literally every single game I play, the game either freezes at the victory screen, or more often, causes a bug splat as soon as the nexus health hits 0, causing me to try to reconnect and often the game thinking that I dodged or went afk. This is getting ridiculous. Im avoiding ranked games because I don't want a win to become a loss because of a bug splat. I have already tried doing a repair on the game.
