The new rune system is bugged like hell

So first off, i got the wrong rune page in two matches even though i knew what i selected in champ select, the first time I let it go, cause i thought maybe i missclicked or something even though i was 90% sure i got the right ones, and the second time i made sure 100% i had the right runes and then in game I got a completely different rune page, its very frustrating.

Also some runes are buggy and interact weirdly in some situations, for instance i saved a highlight of me on mid with Lb vs an Akali, and she hit me with her q + auto attack proc, but only after about 2 second and me stepping into her shroud did i get hit by the lightning proc, it seems that entering Akalis shroud can proc the lightning rune, also a second time she towerdove me and as i was distorting away she missed her e but when i landed i got hit by the lightning and died.
