Are the servers working - problem connecting to a game

So i haven't played LoL in maybe a week, and now when i went in to play a game of One for All, and when i tried to enter queue i got into a low priority pool. I don't remember leaving a game in a long time, even afking, but w/e, it wasn't a problem for me to w8 5 mins, but when the 5 minutes pass, i get a "Attempting to reconnect" sort of window, and then it cancels my queue, and when i try to enter again i have to w8 5 minutes, and i have done this 3 times in a row, its the same every time.

Anyone have any explanations ?
