[CLIENT] Being able to use Champions that you don't own, nor are they Free to Play

My friend came to notify me that he was able to play champions he didnt own, nor were they free to play. Nor was it a free trial from the Hextech Crafting. I could include his name if a Rioter would like to investigate this issue.
