trying to spend 13900 IP on a name change. i have 13978 IP currently. when i click unlock on the summoner name change it tells me i need 1502 more because it says i only have 12398 IP. i have tried re-logging and the problem is on-going.

Riot please, we need a fix for this. Its displaying -1001 as the balance yet I have 14043. I tried these fixes:-
Please Riot, this problem is annoying and I feel as though my hard work is going down the drain. Fix this ASAP please. It would be appreciated. As a side note, the IP balance is shown as RED whereas the RP balance is shown as white, even though i have more IP than RP. Why is that?
