LoLclient.exe Stopped Working constantly during champ select

Not only does my game constantly just randomly exit the client altogether with no warning while im browsing the store (most common) or looking at a friends profile or changing rune pages, but recently I've noticed the game keeps crashing and giving me the 'lolclient.exe has stopped working' pop up when I'm in the middle of a lobby. Sometimes it's after I've made my pick so i can restart client and make it into the game, but when I dont i lose LP if its a ranked game or have to wait an extra 5 minutes when its a regular game. I already did the thing where it scans and fixes all files but it hasnt worked nor has reinstalling. I really need some help here I can't keep having this happen. Also im not sure if this is related but constantly in champ select lobby's the display gets all crazy and some champions my teammates have selected dont show up nor do icons for selecting summoner spells, masteries, etc so i have to blindly click on where my mastery box SHOULD be for it to show up again. I dont have screenshots but im going to start taking some because this is literally driving me insane. Someone please help :(
