Annie stun bug
If annie uses her q when her passive is full (the next spell should stun) and the enemy uses zhonya's hourglass then the stun stays up.

Annie q only procs stun charges when it hits a target. Not a bug, just a mechanic. Most experienced players with annie have learned to utilize this mechanic with the 3 charges, throwing q, and in mid air getting the last stack for stun by pressing e.
These mechanics are just the base of how all the champs work in general.
