[CRASH] Game constantly crashing between champ select and game start

Sense the mid patch update. I keep getting locked on the loading screen after everyone locks in and before the game starts. This happens mostly when client has been on for an hour, yet sometimes it kicks on when just started. only way to fix it is to shut off computer and restart. If I try to kill the loading screen and reload, it will not work. There was a case when I got in to game, I got the AFK warning immediately.
