[Gameplay] End of game Nexus breaks then the screen is frozen

At the end of a custom game The emeny won and The nexus shattered, but the the fragments dont form the defeat and continue, the nexus stays hollow with just red inside it, I tried everything and finally go to the graph and charts by leaving the game. Fixing time riot.

I have no screenshot because i dont know how to use screenshot on my computer, can someone tell me how?
