Yasuo AA bug also affects Q

Playing Yasuo right now is a total nightmare as recently this bug has been occurring way more frequently and when it comes to ulting you never know if you get the bug that lets him live or don't get it he dies. But recently i have discovered that if this bug is "activated" then you cant Q also. The biggest misconception about this bug is that it happens when you AA cancel which in the video i will link is never the case.

Yasuo also has other minor bugs involving this bug such as when you die ulting ( for example ) and respawn and you go to clear a wave when you AA, Shiv will deal the damage but no physical damage is dealt which isn't that big of a deal but ties in with the bug.
