Yasuo Q not critting at 100% bug WITH PROOF

So i saw a post earlier where one person was saying they experienced this issue but showed no proof and because this happened to a game yesterday i decided to record the rare instances of this bug and while the first example i show might be "visual", there is no excuse for the second example.

EDIT: in case you guys are going to say say stuff like "Oh its because of reduced crit damage" If u look at the second example my Q hits for 433 CRITICAL damage with the icon showing up while my AA hits for 398 CRITICAL damage with icon also showing up and so when i Q'd that last creep it went from 408 HP to 130 HP which is 278 damage which is not a CRIT and is the main point of this video as i have 100% and should be critting all the time.
