Ranked game shutdown

Queued up for ranked with my friend, got into the loading screen and i disconnected. It wouldn't reconnect, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I am kinda agitated that I'm gonna lose 20ish LP (was 1 game from promos) and get a timer for something thats riot's fault as opposed to me just AFKing. I know others are having the same issue and was wondering when a fix would happen.

And that's why you don't play ranked untill the day after the update...give them time to tune some stuff if needed...You never know what kind of a monster you installed..
