Neeko E Visual Error(Summoner Side)

Not sure, if this has been reported yet. My last Neeko game, my E was working as usual, but a glaring visual error was occuring, making it hard to tell when my E actually rooted the enemy champions. Upon hitting the first enemy, it suddenly disappears and reappears from the opposite direction. Essentially the spot where it would have normally ended. I think the ability is still otherwise working as usual, but visually, it is not. Whats more, despite asking if it was bugged for anyone else, I was only met with utter silence. Upon looking at the replay, however, the bug wasn't visible. So I'm thinking only Neeko herself can see the visual error, while everyone just stares on thinking "WTF are you talking about, are you trolling cause you're winning?" I'd figure cause I did end that game with a great ol'score of 19/4/6.

If Riot could look into this, that be great. If I can recreate the bug on my end in the practice tool for example, I'll try and link a Gyazo gif.
