Client not properly scaled [minor]

I've been having this issue since the Harrowing event -- the log-in background is incorrectly scaled to the the program box.

Obviously, this is a very minor issue with no ramifications other than aesthetics. On a similar note, but not related, is an issue I've had with the store since starting the game (two years ago): the store requires horizontal scrolling to access content which disallows easy access to the different tabs. Again; a minor complaint, but something I would like to not deal with (I know the latter is due to being on a laptop).

I tried repairing to get rid of the login screen error, but it didn't work. Rescaling the window also doesn't change anything -- the right and bottom bars scale with the background.
