my account password keep changing for some reason

once a few weeks i login on password was changed!! when i checked my mail it doesn't say anything about any1 resetting it!! i have to change my password every time that happen!! any1 know why it keep changing for no reason?i really hate changing my account password every month

Check that your email isn't being accessed by anyone else.

it isn't only i know the password and i changed it when my league accound pass was changed
