champion select/queue

me and my friend were duoing and we all locked in about to start game and suddenly we were kicked out of champion select and queue?when i start queue again i didn't have to wait!! i did it again and was kicked out again plz fix this bug me and my friend can't play atm and some other ppl too i asked them the same thing and they said it happen to them
