What is wrong with the match making?

Why is my team always feeding and losing lane except me why do i never get a good jungler and bot lane why do u guys always makes me play with wood 5 that is boosted to gold why why i already lost 3 game in a row due to my teammate losing lane so hard they can't do anything our jungler rarely gank while theirs always ganking what is wrong with your match making system these guys play like it their first time in that role(example. mid lane) Even when i tp down to help they ditch me and I always force to fight a 1v3 with no way out

Do you know how hard it is to not rage when your losing due to your teammate being useless? each game it like 2v5 orr 3v5 were always missing 2 player even when their there because they can't do anything
