[CLIENT] Unable to choose a champion or view champions,masteries or ward skins while in champ select

Got into Champ Select, some people locked their champs, and I couldn't even see any of the champions they picked, nor pick any champions, or change anything really. The tab selection at the top worked but every tab showed up as empty, and I couldn't search for champions either.

No idea why it happened, and after I reset the client it continued as normal, but I still had to wait the 5 minutes as if I dodged so it's a bit annoying.
