Fix your game and give me my LP back.

Started a ranked game today thinking I could climb some. Champ select goes fine, when game loads up it freezes at 00:00 seconds and renders my computer unable to escape or even restart the game with task manager. I log in on my laptop and the game has been remade before I get in. Lose 9 lp, and get a step towards leaver penalty no doubt.

Fix your game and give me my LP back! (I already submitted a bug report, but it has never done this ever before your new 9.14 patch, and I've played thousands of games on this PC.)
