[CRASH] freeze to crash

started league perfectly fine and than out of nowhere my game crashes. I was poppy bought my items went to defend red. zoomed in and tryed to chat out of nowhere the game stops working. i close it try and relaunch it. launcher says update failed and now refuses to start up. every time i close and open the launcher it says the same thing update failed.

edit: did ctrl+alt+del went to processes and i see something league related when i hit end process it just sits there not going away.
