Password not working but i didn't get hacked

So i was playing tonight and all of a sudden my lol crashed and I couldn't tab out or do anything. I then hard restarted my computer because there was nothing I could do. When I start back up I try to log in and it says I cant as if my password was wrong. I then go onto the lol website and change it, then type in the new password. the new password didn't work either I just cant log in right now. I'm not sure if ill be able to when the game i was in ends but I'm pretty mad because now i'm going to get leaver buster.
